Songs For Only You — Personalized Lullabies

It all started when...

In 1983, Dave wrote a lullaby for his sister's newborn Andy while on tour with singer Jimmy Bo Horne. Dave sang Andy’s name in the song a few times out of an instinct to help him really connect to the music. When he got off the road from the tour, he recorded the lullaby at a local 8-track studio called “Star Track”. At about the same time, Mike, a friend of Dave, became the proud father of a new daughter, “Rachael” so he inserted her name in the same song as a gift to Mike and his wife.

That started it all — the birth of Songs For Only You — the original personalized lullabies company!
